Reading your analytics

1Where to look

Every business sees Dashboard → Analytics for the campaign-level view, and each campaign page for its own funnel. Numbers update as conversions arrive — a sale made through a creator's tracking link lands here automatically, no manual entry.

2Conversion metrics

  • Attributed revenue: the order value of every tracked sale. This is what the 10% platform fee (flat 10% with a £10 minimum on small orders) is calculated from. Small orders pay the £10-equivalent minimum instead of 10% — the fee is never more than the order.
  • Conversions: the count of tracked orders. Fixed-fee slots don't appear here — they are flat jobs, not per-sale.
  • Creator keeps 90%: the remainder of every order after the platform fee (flat 10% with a £10 minimum on small orders). Creators see the same numbers in their own earnings view — there is never a discrepancy to argue about.

3Holds and refunds

Approved spend sits on a 7-day payment hold before it releases to the creator. That window is your protection: if a customer returns the product, a refund within the hold window reverses the payment before the creator is paid out. The platform fee stays with the platform on refunds (a processing fee applies), so refunds never cost you more than the order itself.

Disputes raised during the hold are handled in the SLA queue — see the next section.

4Disputes and SLA

Creators can dispute an approval decision from their earnings view. Disputes auto-escalate to Adswish admins at 48 hours and auto-dismiss at 72 hours if unresolved — you'll see the timer in campaign chat. Attaching evidence (screenshots of the conversation or deliverable) resolves most disputes without admin involvement.

5Frequently asked questions

Why do my earnings show as held rather than paid?

Every payment sits in a 7-day payment hold from approval or the tracked sale, so a customer refund can reverse it before it reaches the creator's bank.

What fee does Adswish take on a sale?

The platform fee is 10% of the order, with a £10-equivalent minimum on small orders. The creator keeps 90% on standard orders.

How long do I have to raise a dispute?

Disputes escalate to the admins at 48 hours and are auto-dismissed at 72 hours if no admin action is taken.
